Pretendo, por meio deste artigo, lançar alguma luz sobre sintomas frequentes apresentados pelos pacientes somatizadores. Trata-se de sensações corporais insistentes, que os incomodam a ponto de procurarem os serviços médicos para iniciar uma longa jornada diagnóstica que, sem encontrar alguma justificativa orgânica, termina na psiquiatria. Após caracterizar os pacientes e problematizar o tema da simbolização, apresentarei um caso para analisar como o dispositivo grupal favorece uma capacidade de simbolização maior.

ABSTRACT
In this article, I intend to better understand psychosomatic symptoms. These symptoms are usually bodily sensations that insist on disturbing patients who seek medical assistance to obtain a clinical diagnosis. This search usually ends in psychiatry. After characterizing the patients, we will discuss the issue of symbolization. Finally, we present a clinical case to analyze how group psychotherapy can develop a capacity for symbolization.

A “relação objetal alérgica” descrita por Pierre Marty, em 1958, é revista e rediscutida à luz de textos históricos e de Zelig, um filme de Woody Allen. Na sequência, é apresentado o relato clínico de uma paciente não alérgica, cujo funcionamento psíquico se aproxima dos estados-limite ou da psicosebranca, com relações objetais tipicamente “alérgicas”.

ABSTRACT
The "allergic object relationship" described by Pierre Marty in 1958 is reviewed and re-discussed in the light of historical texts and Zelig, a film by Woody Allen. Following, the clinical report of a non-allergic patient is presented, whose psychic functioning is close to the limit states or white psychosis, with object relations typically “allergic”.

Os remanejamentos do enquadre e da técnica psicanalítica próprios ao trabalho com pacientes somáticos são aqui abordados e articulados a um caso clínico. A noção de organização psicossomática é introduzida, e os movimentos de desorganização e de reorganização do paciente são contemplados. Em uma perspectiva teórico-clínica, é descrito o processo através do qual as excitações de origem somática se transformam em energia psíquica pulsional, sendo o papel do objeto central neste processo. O trabalho do psicanalista-psicossomaticista é concebido no seu duplo registro, o de para-excitação e o de libidinização.

ABSTRACT
The adjustments of the psychoanalytic technique and the setting in the treatment of somatic patients are discussed and related to a clinical case. The notion of psychosomatic organization is introduced and the patient’s disorganization-reorganization movements are contemplated. From a theoretical and clinical perspective, the process through which the somatic excitations are transformed into psychic pulsional energy is described. The object plays a main role throughout this process. The work of the psychoanalyst-psychosomaticist is conceived in its double level, that of “protective shield” and that of “libidinization”.

Este artigo tem por objetivo articular, a partir de um fragmento de caso, a dinâmica de uma forma de construção em análise. Entre os caminhos do método e o que se encena nas práticas, a clínica com bebês problematiza questões de linguagem corporal, sensível, perceptiva, rítmica, mobilizada pela repetição, e a urgência de sua tradução em linguagem verbal, capaz de narrar e recriar outros afetos. No andamento de cada cena, no ritmo que escande as narrativas, podemos encontrar um trajeto que atenda ao chamado do caso e dê lugar ao nascimento de um sujeito.

O presente artigo discute a ocorrência de casos-limite na adolescência, tendo como base sua incidência na clínica, por intermédio de dois casos, segundo a perspectiva de André Green e outros autores. O primeiro dos casos trata das passagens ao ato de um adolescente, a partir da análise de sua mãe, conduzida pelo autor deste trabalho. De acordo com seus relatos, na vida de cada um deles, as histórias de mãe e filho se misturam e se entrelaçam, manifestando os sintomas que se repetem de uma geração para a outra, na ocorrência de situações-limite. O segundo traz os relatos de uma adolescente sobre seus sintomas psicossomáticos, do ponto de vista do seu relacionamento com pai e mãe intrusivos.

ABSTRACT
This article discusses the occurrence of borderline cases in adolescence, based on their incidence in the clinic, through two cases, according to the perspective of André Green and other authors. The first case deals with the acting outs of a teenager, from the analysis of his mother, conducted by the author of this work. According to her reports, in the life of each of them, the stories of mother and son mix and intertwine manifesting the symptoms that are repeated from one generation to the next, in the occurrence of limit situations. The second brings the reports of a teenage girl about her psychosomatic symptoms, from the point of view of his relationship with intrusive father and mother.

O presente artigo visa apresentar algumas intervenções psicológicas realizadas com crianças e adolescentes em situação de acolhimento que apresentavam comportamentos agressivos e hipersexualizados. Foram utilizadas atividades lúdicas, orientações e capacitações com as cuidadoras e demais profissionais no contexto das políticas públicas de Assistência Social e intervenções nas famílias acompanhadas. Para tanto, o referencial teórico da Psicossomática Psicanalítica trouxe contribuições para a compreensão dos casos e seus respectivos encaminhamentos à rede de saúde.

ABSTRACT
This article aims to present some psychological interventions carried out with sheltered children and teenagers who presented aggressive and hypersexualized behaviors. Were used playful activities, guidance and training with caregivers and other professionals in the context of public policies for Social Assistance and interventions to monitored families. Therefore, the theoretical framework of Psychoanalytic Psychosomatics brought contributions to the understanding of the cases and their respective referrals to the health network.

O surgimento espontâneo do relato de memórias biográficas durante a terapia manual (Toque de Tensegridade) sugere seu papel como auxiliar no acesso ao psicossoma. Este artigo descreve as observações clínicas que levaram ao desenvolvimento desta modalidade, originalmente empregada para o tratamento de dores crônicas musculoesqueléticas e caracterizada por estimular mecanismos de autorregulação da classe da pandiculação (espreguiçar e bocejar). Especula ainda sobre os possíveis mecanismos subjacentes à “memória corporal” e à possibilidade de o toque auxiliar na integração da psique ao soma.

ABSTRACT
The spontaneous emergence of biographical memories reports during manual therapy (Tensegrity Touch) suggests its role in helping to access the psychosome. This article describes the clinical observations that led to the development of this modality, originally to treat chronic musculoskeletal pain and characterized by stimulating pandiculation-like self-regulation mechanisms (“morning stretch” and yawning). It also speculates about the mechanisms underlying the “body memory” and the possibility of the touch as an auxiliary in the integration of psyche and soma.

A escuta semanal de pacientes acometidas por anorexia, realizada no PROATA – Núcleo de Atenção aos Transtornos Alimentares da Universidade Federal de São Paulo (Unifesp) e no CAISM – Centro de Atenção Integrada à Saúde Mental, reverbera discussões acerca dos enodamentos do desejo materno na vida desses sujeitos. Inquietantes questionamentos sobre a importância da entrada de um sujeito que exerça a função de terceiro na relação mãe-filha propiciaram a realização destes escritos, de forma que se possa estabelecer a discussão aqui proposta, sobre quais os possíveis paralelos entre a função paterna inoperante e a história da anorexia na vida do sujeito. Para tanto, retomarei a constituição do sujeito para Freud, de forma a explorar a importância do momento pré-edípico da relação com a figura materna, enviesando, em seguida, para a entrada da função paterna e questionando como isso se daria na história do sujeito anoréxico.

ABSTRACT
The listening of patients affected by anorexia during weekly psychoanalysis sessions, held at PROATA – Center for Attention to Eating Disorders at the Federal University of São Paulo (Unifesp) and CAISM – Center for Integrated Attention to Mental Health, reverberates discussions about the entanglements of maternal desire in their lives. Unsettling questions about the importance of the third subject’s entry into the mother-daughter relationship led to these writings in order to establish the discussion proposed here, about what are the relations between the inoperative paternal function and the history of anorexia in the subject’s life. Therefore, I will resume the Freud’s constitution of the subject, in order to explore the importance of the pre-oedipal phase of the relationship with the maternal figure, then towards the entry of the paternal function and questioning how it would happen in the history of the anorexic subject.

Muitos pacientes que se encontram num verdadeiro deserto sensorial são indivíduos que têm um quadro álgico severo e, ao mesmo tempo, apresentam uma incapacidade de perceber seus próprios corpos. No campo das emoções, a subjetividade desses pacientes é empobrecida, com poucas ou quase nenhuma associação do trabalho corporal com imagens ou sentimentos, que podem ou não surgir durante a sessão. Nesta monografia, o caso clínico ilustra a evolução de uma paciente que, inicialmente, apresentava um quadro álgico que limitava demasiadamente sua locomoção, além das sequelas de uma mastectomia bilateral radical e de uma histerectomia. A paciente apresentou-se muito distante dos sentimentos, sem demonstrar qualquer sinal de expressão das emoções durante seus relatos. Através do trabalho corporal, ela pôde vivenciar experiências de um investimento libidinal pouco vivido nos primórdios de sua vida. A evolução do caso seguiu em direção à redescoberta do corpo erógeno, transformando um “corpo armadura” em “corpo de mulher”. A presença viva da terapeuta foi essencial para tecer o fio de ligação com a paciente e promover sua recuperação física e mental ao longo do processo terapêutico.

ABSTRACT
A lot of patients who find themselves in a real sensorial wasteland are individuals in severe pain conditions and, at the same time, they are unable to perceive their own bodys. In the emotional field the subjectivity of these patients is very impoverished; there is little or almost no relation of body work to images or feelings which might emerge during a session.This monograph illustrates the clinical case of the evolution of a patient who initially showed an algic state which overly limited her locomotion, aside from the sequels of a radical bilateral mastectomy and a hysterectomy. The patient showed herself very distant to her feelings without expressing any sign of emotion during her statements. Through corporal therapy the pacient was able to undergo the experience of a libidinal investment she hardly lived in the primordios of her life.The evolution of the case moved on to the rediscovery of the erougenous body, transforming an “armored body” into a“female body”.The living presence of the therapist was essential to weave the tie of connection with the patient and to promote her physical and mental recovery throughout the therapeutic process.
